Lg tv says file download not supported

I do menu boards on Photoshop and save the file as a JPEG. I then save the JPG on a USB drive, plug it in to the tv and use it as a menu board. Just today, my Samsung TV's started saying "File not Supported" when I try to get them to show the menu. I last updated these files just a few weeks ago, and everything worked fine.
